Administration Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our team at Star Express Cleaning and Property Maintenance Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes. This includes managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining our CRM system, and ensuring proper file organization. The role requires a high level of organization, time management, and initiative.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must possess Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and remain calm.
  • Able to take the initiative.
  • Fast learner
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have work in a
    service based industry before.
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have work with
    ServiceM8 before.
Job Responsibilities
  • Email & Schedule Management Tasks
  • Email Management (Filtering Emails/ Managing Spam)
  • Database Management (CRM Management/ Updating contacts)
    we use ServiceM8
  • Answering Customer Service Emails/ Calls / Enquiries
  • Calendar Management (Rostering of our clients and staff on a daily basis and think on your feet if cancellations come in, optimising the schedule as best possible).
  • Reminder Services
  • File Storage and Organization
  • Google Drive Organization
  • Data Entry in CRM system, Microsoft Excel
  • Creating/ Managing Spreadsheet/ E. Excel
