Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
- Good time management skills and the ability to take initiative.
- A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- 3-6 months of work-related experience is desirable
Job Responsibilities
- Responding to and redirecting emails as necessary.
- Answering client calls and handling inquiries professionally.
- Booking job inspections as requested via email.
- Downloading, editing, renaming, converting, splitting/merging PDFs, and managing documents from the NSW Planning Portal.
- Entering information and uploading documents to the S&L Certifiers database.
- Receiving and organizing files from Dropbox as required.
- Recording and reporting daily tasks to the Supervisor.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
