Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong spelling and grammar with attention to detail.
- Ideally at least 12 months of work-related experience.
- Virtual assistant experience is a must.
- Great time management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and ask questions.
- Fast and keen learner.
- Typing speed of 80+ words per minute.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Job Responsibilities
- Personal assistant duties, email management, office/process management, and appointment management using tools such as Outlook, Monday, and LawTap/Inspire.
- Opening/closing matters, managing fee agreements, and bookkeeping using Leap and Xero.
- Managing website and Jotform using Kajabi.
- Creating and managing content using Canva.
- Completion of tasks within the stated timeframes.
- Maintaining a high standard with minimal errors.
- Periodical reporting.
- Professional interaction with clients, suppliers, and other team members at all times.
