Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with CRM and project management tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
- Knowledge of social media marketing best practices.
- Basic understanding of email marketing principles.
- Proficiency in using Xero for financial management and bank reconciliation.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage email inbox, filtering and organizing messages effectively.
- Maintain and update contact databases.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, sending reminders to clients and the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Accurately input data into various systems, including CRM and project management tools.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.
- Create and manage spreadsheets and presentations.
- Convert documents between formats (e.g., PDF, Word, Excel).
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct online research and data mining.
- Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling and tracking progress.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Create and schedule social media content.
- Monitor social media engagement and analytics.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.
