  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Preferred 3-6 months of related work experience, though not required.
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and be a fast learner.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage emails, including filtering and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain CRM and update contact databases.
  • Handle customer service emails and scheduling.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Set appointments and send reminders.
  • Organize files on Google Drive.
  • Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Create and update documentation on Google Sites.
  • Perform transcription and basic eBook formatting.
  • Assist in report creation and online research.
  • Manage social media posting and scheduling.
  • Respond to leads and monitor client progress.
  • Edit and proofread marketing emails.
  • Assist in sending workshop and event notifications.
  • Create basic designs using Canva.
  • Perform basic Photoshop tasks like image adjustments.
  • Assist in project management tasks.
  • Prepare training materials for staff.
  • Support supervisors with assigned administrative tasks.
  • Conduct weekly staff training sessions as directed.
