Job Responsibilities
- Manage emails, including filtering and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain CRM and update contact databases.
- Handle customer service emails and scheduling.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
- Set appointments and send reminders.
- Organize files on Google Drive.
- Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Create and update documentation on Google Sites.
- Perform transcription and basic eBook formatting.
- Assist in report creation and online research.
- Manage social media posting and scheduling.
- Respond to leads and monitor client progress.
- Edit and proofread marketing emails.
- Assist in sending workshop and event notifications.
- Create basic designs using Canva.
- Perform basic Photoshop tasks like image adjustments.
- Assist in project management tasks.
- Prepare training materials for staff.
- Support supervisors with assigned administrative tasks.
- Conduct weekly staff training sessions as directed.
