Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in collecting, formatting, and reporting key data metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative duties, including data entry.
  • Understanding of metrics, formulas, and reporting methods.
  • Upholds confidentiality, loyalty, and integrity in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude with the ability to manage pressure.
  • Competency in IT skills, including data interpretation and utilization of company systems.
  • Adherence to workplace health and safety standards while maintaining neat and traceable documentation.
Job Responsibilities
  • Report to the Finance & IT Manager – ‘Keeping the Score’.
  • Understand products/specifications, relevant Australian Standards, and company direction.
  • Understand company data repositories and IT resources.
  • Enter sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Format, analyze, and report/interpret key data findings in a timely manner.
  • Perform administration tasks (as requested) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and report on factory and subcontractor labor.
  • Assist with the creation of pre-builds and product costings.
  • Assist with managing dashboards.
  • Provide written reports to management as required.
  • Maintain product and customer reports.
  • Conduct data cleansing and updating as needed.
  • Work to daily timelines, KPIs, and budgets with reporting.
  • Communicate constantly with the Finance & IT Manager, providing progress reports.
  • Deliver superior service to all customers (internal & external), ensuring Flair, Service & Certainty at every touchpoint.
