As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our daily operations organized and running smoothly. We’re looking for a well-rounded, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills. While experience in digital marketing is not required, it’s definitely a plus and can open the door to supporting exciting growth initiatives within the company.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A genuine interest in food, wellness, or the health industry is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or the food industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage inboxes, calendars, and scheduling.
  • Handle data entry and maintain customer records.
  • Hands-on experience with Notion and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Assist with order processing and customer inquiries.
  • Support inventory and vendor communication.
  • Help manage and update website content (basic CMS knowledge preferred).
