Job Responsibilities
- Data entry: Booking online orders through Shopify.
- Updating product listings, pricing, and website content.
- Managing discount codes and campaigns.
- Integrating and using connected ecommerce apps.
- Managing email marketing campaigns and lists.
- Designing personalised party labels and product labels using Canva.
- Keeping product label templates up to date.
- Assisting with social media (scheduling posts, light editing, engagement).
- Monitoring Ads manager apps Meta-Google +.
- Managing inboxes: customer enquiries and wholesale clients.
- Scheduling and maintaining a calendar of events and tasks.
- Preparing and sending invoices.
- Managing payroll and light bookkeeping tasks.
- Supporting day-to-day operations and as needed admin duties.
