Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong research and writing abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks independently.
- Able to work onsite and maintain a professional presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize email inboxes; prioritize communications and draft responses.
- Prepare high-quality presentations (primarily using PowerPoint) for internal and external use.
- Conduct research on industry legislation and draft clear, concise summaries.
- Assist in drafting and formatting articles for the industry newsletter.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and file organization.
- Support additional tasks and projects as required, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
