Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant to support day-to-day personal and professional tasks in an onsite capacity. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and research-based responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong research and writing abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks independently.
  • Able to work onsite and maintain a professional presence.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize email inboxes; prioritize communications and draft responses.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations (primarily using PowerPoint) for internal and external use.
  • Conduct research on industry legislation and draft clear, concise summaries.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting articles for the industry newsletter.
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and file organization.
  • Support additional tasks and projects as required, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
