Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates but at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role (experience in recruitment support is a plus).
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential candidate or company information.
- Adaptable and proactive in managing shifting priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Assist in preparing and organizing candidate documentation (resumes, assessments and contracts).
- Assist in following up with candidates for outstanding requirements or updates.
- Conduct character references for candidates.
- Update internal trackers and documentation for recruitment metrics and hiring status.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks that support the recruitment team as needed.
