Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A good understanding of administrative processes and compliance tasks (ASIC experience is a plus).
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and similar digital tools.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities
- ASIC Lodgements: Prepare, manage, and submit various Australian Securities and Investments Commission forms, including business registrations, updates, and compliance documentation.
- Entity Setups: Assist with setting up new business entities, preparing relevant legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events to help the team make the best use of their time.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain information across systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Digital File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Client Records Management: Update client information in CRM systems and maintain data accuracy across all tools.
- Document Collection & Verification: Collect and verify client information and supporting documents.
- General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
