The Accounts Officer plays a crucial role in supporting our Accountant by ensuring accurate bookkeeping, data entry, and reporting.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Relevant qualification at the level of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or higher, with ideally 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Sound understanding of Australian Accounting standards.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Self-motivated with good relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of disbursement funding preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable.
- Assist in managing all aspects of Accounts Payable.
- Assist in managing payroll administration.
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Support the Accountant and CEO on ad-hoc projects.
