Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in sales, client relations, or lead management (agency experience is highly regarded).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with a neutral, clear accent and a positive tone.
- Language: Fluency in Australian or UK English is a must to converse effectively with our primary market.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is highly desired.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Mindset: A proactive, results-driven attitude that thrives on building relationships and helping others succeed.
Job Responsibilities
- Warm Outreach: Respond to inbound inquiries (Meta forms, website bookings, and referrals) via phone, email, and SMS.
- Structured Discovery: Conduct calls to understand a lead’s vision, challenges, and budget, recommending the most appropriate website or wedding packages (depending on which business they come to).
- Relationship Building: Adapt your style to the audience—commercially focused for business owners and personable/reassuring for wedding couples.
- Lead Stewardship: Own and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring no lead is forgotten through diligent, organized follow-up.
- Solution Management: Handle objections by addressing emotional and commercial concerns with transparency and professional insight.
- Sales Admin: Prepare detailed quotes and invoices, maintaining accurate records within our CRM tools.
- Potential Cold Outreach: Depending on warm lead flow, there may be a secondary component of cold calling/lead listing businesses for website build.
