That’s when WrkPod Cebu officially started its operations — marking the beginning of a new chapter for WrkPod and for many virtual assistants and professionals (VAPs) in the Visayas.
From Vision to Reality
Every great journey starts with a simple idea. For WrkPod Cebu, that idea was to bring world-class workspaces to more Filipinos — spaces that inspire productivity, collaboration, and growth.
Cebu was the natural next step. Known for its vibrant culture, skilled talent, and growing business scene, the Queen City of the South was the perfect place to expand WrkPod’s mission of creating professional yet welcoming work environments.
The Humble Beginnings
It all started small — a few pods, two pioneering VAPs (Noel Rivera and Iris Gabriel), and a big dream.
On October 28, 2024, WrkPod Cebu was formally opened. Just a week later, on November 4, the first client operations began with Kelly Partners North Beaches.
By December 9, another milestone was reached when Arel Murillo joined, closing out the year with a tight-knit team of five WrkPod Cebu employees.
The momentum didn’t stop there.
By February 3, 2025, WrkPod Cebu opened its doors to clients from other industries — including Eyecare Kids — and welcomed virtual assistants and professionals who had previously been working from home. Then, on May 13, 2025, a Sales Specialist was hired and stationed in Cebu, marking yet another step in WrkPod’s growing presence in the region.
