Last month’s Friyay focused on physical activity and wellness, as we celebrated the vibrant WrkPod Run 2025. It was all about promoting an active lifestyle and encouraging movement.
This month, though, we took a different route. We embraced calm and creativity through our exciting Sip & Paint Friyay event. This relaxing experience encouraged our VAs and staff to explore their artistic side and unwind after busy workdays.
With canvases, vibrant acrylics, and unlimited imagination, our team dove into a creative and colorful journey. The result? Beautiful masterpieces and priceless memories!
Unleashing Talent Through Sip & Paint Friyay
What better way to relax and express yourself than by painting? That’s exactly what Sip & Paint Friyay offered. Across all WrkPod locations, staff and VAs gathered to celebrate creativity, collaboration, and fun.
Each participant created their own unique masterpiece—expressing emotions, stories, and ideas through color. Everyone chose their own canvas design and brought it to life with enthusiasm.
And yes, what’s a celebration without great food? A delightful spread of finger foods kept everyone energized and happy. The mobile bar also served refreshing drinks throughout the event.
It was a multisensory experience: paint in hand, snacks on the side, and laughter all around.
Battle of Brushes: A Creative Competition
To fuel some friendly competition, we introduced a painting contest at WrkPod HQ (Dumaguete) and WrkPod Campus. Each site had up to 10 registered participants.
All contestants received paint, brushes, and canvas, with a set time to complete their pieces. Creativity flowed freely, and each artwork had its own distinct flair.
To raise the stakes, we awarded cash prizes to the top three winners at each location. The competition added excitement to an already fantastic Sip & Paint Friyay experience.
A Colorful Wrap-Up
Sip & Paint Friyay was more than an art session—it was a vibrant celebration of individuality and connection. It gave everyone a chance to pause, explore hidden talents, and bond in a refreshing environment.
