Sourcing Specialist

Job Description

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates align with employer requirements while delivering a positive applicant experience.

The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as collaborating with Project Managers to fulfill client needs. Strong communication, organisation, and evaluation skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment roles, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and virtual interview platforms.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to foster strong connections with candidates, educational institutions, and team members.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with PMs to understand hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and walk-ins.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
  • Conduct Willo video interviews and shortlisting:
    ● Advise candidates to update profile picture and add as much information as possible on their profile.
    ● Guide them through recording Willo videos, ensuring they do not mention any WFH details.
  • Maintain candidate communications and follow-ups:
    ● Schedule interviews
    ● Inform candidates about being selected, covering only the following: start dates, work schedule, and rate.
    ● If PM guidance is needed, the PM will directly call the VA.
  • Maintain and update the applicant statuses in the system:
    ● FPS,Declined, Blacklisted, and Under Review.
  • Call candidate for client interview schedule:
    ● Assist applicants during the face-to-face interviews.
  • Attend job fairs and represent WrkPod.
  • Handle ad hoc recruitment support tasks:
    ● Inform candidates about the assessments and their deadlines.
