The Recruitment Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between WrkPod and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective management of the recruitment lifecycle.
This role focuses on understanding client needs, collaborating with sourcing specialists to identify suitable candidates, and overseeing the recruitment process from initial discussion to candidate placement.
The Recruitment Project Manager also provides expert guidance on job descriptions, recruitment strategies, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and contract drafting, fostering strong and long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or project management, preferably within the BPO industry and/or large scale multi site organisations.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving recruitment goals.
- Client Focus: Strong commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and virtual meeting platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Coordination:
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and clear communication regarding recruitment updates.
● Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. - Candidate Matching:
● Collaborate closely with sourcing specialists to align candidate profiles with client requirements.
● Facilitate a seamless recruitment process by ensuring all candidates meet the necessary qualifications and expectations. - Meeting Management:
● Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone to discuss job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and other related matters.
● Provide expert advice to clients on best practices for attracting and retaining talent. - Interview Scheduling:
● Assist clients in scheduling interviews, coordinating between candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient arrangements. - Salary Negotiation and Contract Drafting:
● Support clients in salary negotiations, offering insights into market trends and competitive compensation packages.
● Draft contracts in collaboration with clients to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual satisfaction. - Relationship Building:
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
● Foster long-term partnerships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
