- Experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- ASIC Lodgements: Managing and submitting various ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) forms, including business registrations, updates, and compliance documents.
- Entity Setups: Assisting with the establishment of new entities, including company registration, preparing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Calendar Management: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal time management for the team or executives.
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems to ensure consistency and availability of information.
- General Administrative Support: Providing day-to-day administrative assistance, including document preparation, filling, handling correspondence, and supporting various office functions.
