Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong website design, UX and UI skills.
- Strong WordPress skills.
- Solid experience in SEO including technical, content and strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Self-starter mentality with initiative and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Website and SEO Leadership:
● Website Specialist for all client sites including design, build, improvements and optimisation.
● SEO Specialist including strategy, implementation, on-page, technical and content.
● Managing client website updates, improvements, maintenance and fixes.
● Building beautiful WordPress websites that load fast, function well and look premium. - Digital Strategy and Technical Support:
● Serve as VM’s in-house Website Tech Specialist including troubleshooting and technical maintenance.
● Develop digital approaches for client websites and VM’s own digital presence.
● Build automated CRM systems for VM and clients (bonus skill, not mandatory). - Team and Marketing Support:
● Work closely with our Production Manager, Social Media Manager and one developer who will support you.
● Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks across VM’s service lines.
● Be a proactive, reliable and supportive VM team member.
