We are looking for a results-driven, highly articulate Virtual Assistant to join our team in a dual role that supports both Brand Impact (a leading provider of branded merchandise) and Mini Milestones (a fast-growing childcare business). This is a high-volume outbound telesales and prospecting position focused on driving sales and securing new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in outbound sales or telesales.
- Clear, neutral or native English-speaking accent (preferably Australian, British, or North American).
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
- Proficient in managing sales pipelines, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Confident with sales psychology and handling objections.
- Able to produce professional written content in fluent English.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound sales calls to SMEs across Australia.
- Target decision-makers including Marketing Managers, Coordinators, and Communications Managers.
- Manage and update prospecting lists in Apollo.io.
- Respond to email marketing leads and inbound interest.
- Provide quoting and sampling support.
- Manage art approvals end-to-end (request, amend, liaise with client).
- Follow internal workflows and drive deals through to conversion.
- Research new leads using areasearch.com.au.
- Prospect and engage property developers to identify leasing opportunities.
- Use BCI (Business Construction Intelligence) to track developer activity.
- Log interactions and maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline in the CRM.
- Create aligned content such as outreach messages, blogs, and social media posts to support business development for both brands.
