Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
- Proficiency in using Asana, CRM systems, and other customer support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective Support to WrkPod Virtual Assistants via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist newly hired Virtual Assistants with onboarding and 1st Day setup
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wrkpod features, updates, and new releases.
- Conduct Monthly Surveys and Analyze feedback to identify trends and patterns for improving user experience.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of user inquiries and issues.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Take charge of procuring and ordering equipment and supplies from suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment needs, including hardware, software, and other technologies required for Wrkpod operations.
- Oversee the process of transferring equipment from suppliers to the office and ensure proper handling and organization of items.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock is available for the smooth operation
- Develop and update SOPs for equipment procurement, handling, and maintenance to streamline processes and ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budget allocation for equipment procurement and office needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Maintain documentation and records related to equipment procurement, warranties, and service agreements for reference.
