Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with Kajabi and other online tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Job Responsibilities
- Chase declined payments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Clean and maintain our Kajabi database, including unsubscribing users and organizing data.
- Liaise with podcast guests and interviewees, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
- Respond to emails promptly and manage general correspondence.
- Book travel arrangements as needed, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Clone and edit basic pages in Kajabi to keep our content up-to-date.
- Edit PDFs and ensure that all documents are polished and professional.
- Collate monthly numbers and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist with product launches, including coordinating tasks and managing timelines.
- Reconcile community members and manage access to closed Facebook groups.
- Send SMS updates and notifications to clients and community members.
- Export information and relevant data from Kajabi for reporting and analysis.
- Reconcile annual memberships and perform follow-ups.
- Organize and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Manage customer comments and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with various administrative functions as needed.
