Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in a virtual administrative, executive assistant, or similar support role.
  • Proficiency in online platforms and tools such as Kajabi and Facebook groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, book travel, and handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to emails, inquiries, and comments across platforms, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Database & Records Management: Maintain, clean, and update Kajabi databases, manage unsubscribes, export information, and generate reports as needed.
  • Membership & Payment Coordination: Reconcile community and membership records, follow up on declined payments, and send SMS reminders to ensure account accuracy.
  • Content & Documentation: Clone and edit Kajabi pages, prepare and edit PDFs, and manage basic content updates and materials.
  • Operational Support: Assist with launches, promotions, and liaise with podcast guests, interviewees, and other collaborators.
