Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 5+ years in video editing, ideally in direct response advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, motion graphics.
- Strong storytelling and creative ad production skills.
- Experience with creative testing and data-driven editing.
- Ability to produce multiple asset variations quickly.
- Collaboration experience with performance marketing teams.
- Platform expertise: Meta, YouTube, TikTok.
Job Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Production: Responsible for editing and enhancing ad creatives for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok using storytelling, motion graphics, typography, music, and color grading. Manages video assets, templates, and project files to ensure efficient production and scalability.
- Creative Collaboration: Works closely with creative strategists, copywriters, designers, and media buyers to align video content with brand messaging and direct response goals. Contributes to brainstorming, integrates CTAs and key messages, and helps shape creative direction based on performance feedback.
- Testing & Optimization: Conducts A/B testing and analyzes metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS to guide creative improvements. Continuously produces new video variations to combat ad fatigue and adapts content in response to performance data, platform trends, and algorithm updates.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintains structured workflows by submitting daily Start-of-Day and End-of-Day updates, managing communications across Slack, ClickUp, and Email, and logging work hours accurately in Time Doctor to support team efficiency and accountability.
