We are seeking a dynamic and organized Traffic/Production Manager to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth flow of creative projects within our agency. As a remote team member, you will collaborate closely with the account team and the Agency’s Creative Lead to optimize project workflows and meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional organizational skills are paramount.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to think on your feet and find solutions proactively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and creative workflows.
- While not necessary to be a professional graphic designer, understanding basic graphic design principles helps when coordinating creative projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required, and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Suite is beneficial.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the account team and the creative department within the agency.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and effectively communicate updates.
- Assess creative capacity and assign tasks based on team capabilities.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Balance workload to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate daily morning meetings with the Creative Lead to review assigned tasks.
- Manage and maintain the agency’s creative job tracker.
- Collaborate virtually to keep all team members informed and aligned.
- Initiate new projects for clients, creating detailed timelines and task lists.
- Work closely with the account team to obtain client approvals.
- Ensure seamless project progression from start to finish.
