Job Qualifications/Requirements
- A proactive mindset with a love of problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude.
- Confidence working across ATO portals and cloud-based systems (Xero/XPM experience a plus).
- A collaborative, can-do approach and eagerness to support your team.
Job Responsibilities
- ATO Administration & Compliance: Manage ATO communications, maintain accurate records, retrieve tax reports, and respond to ATO-related team requests.
- Corporate Compliance Support: Coordinate Annual Company Statements and manage reminders to ensure client compliance with key dates.
- Client Documentation & Workflow: Handle document uploads, manage signing workflows, prepare proposals, and assist with lodgement processes.
- Client Records & Communication: Keep client information current, respond to third-party requests, and organise documents accurately.
- Firm Support & Team Collaboration: Monitor invoices, prepare admin reports, assist with BAS and XPM updates, support team projects, and improve systems and outcomes.
