We are seeking a results-driven Telemarketer with experience in sales and the construction or architectural space. This role involves identifying potential projects through BCI, contacting architects, and building strong professional relationships to drive project specifications. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, highly accurate, and capable of working collaboratively with sales teams without being intrusive.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Intermediate to senior experience in sales and telemarketing.
  • Strong sales skills without being intrusive or annoying to candidates.
  • Experience dealing with architects or in the construction space.
  • Professional phone skills with the ability to get past gatekeepers.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when entering data.
  • Ability to select projects based on supplied criteria.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with Odoo and BCI is advantageous (training provided).
Job Responsibilities
  • Work on BCI to select projects in early stages that we want to be specified on.
  • Contact architects to provide information and build relationships.
  • Enter project and contact details into the CRM for sales representatives to follow up.
  • Support sales through telemarketing and relationship building with architects.
