Your primary responsibilities will involve reviewing resumes and applications, evaluating candidates’ qualifications, and endorsing the most suitable individuals to Project Managers for further processing. Collaboration with Project Managers is essential to understand hiring needs and align candidate profiles effectively.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the specific industry can enhance sourcing effectiveness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate interaction.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Capability to assess resumes and identify suitable candidates based on qualifications and fit.
- Experience with ATS software (e.g., Google Forms, WrkPod App) for managing candidate information.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate outreach.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure thorough candidate evaluations.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proactivity: Initiative in identifying and reaching out to potential candidates.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to hiring.
- Willingness to adapt to changing recruitment needs and processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with client requirements.
- Utilize various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system ((Google form & wrkPod App) and other relevant databases.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Assist with various recruitment initiatives and projects as needed to support the overall recruitment function.
- Act as the representative for school job fairs, fostering relationships and collaborations with educational institutions.
- Conduct Willo video interviews to evaluate candidates in a virtual format.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as required to support the recruitment team and meet organizational needs.
