Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva & AI.
- Familiarity with design tools
- Across all social media platforms including YouTube
- A passion for staying up to date with marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- In quite times to be adaptable to complete other work-related tasks with in the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and more.
- Collaborate with the owner & office assistant (VA) to provide digital ads.
- The management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking performance.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target audiences.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking timelines and tasks.
- Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns, including list management and A/B testing.
- Help coordinate and create online media campaigns.
- Work closely with the owner, including sales and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
