Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and tools.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining databases.
  • Provide support in coordinating marketing events, including logistics and promotion.
  • Assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.
