We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Social Media & PR Coordinator to support our growing brand presence across social platforms and public relations. This role sits at the intersection of content execution, community engagement, and influencer/PR operations, and will play a critical role in scaling output while maintaining brand consistency and responsiveness.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and PR Manager, supporting both always-on activity and campaign-led initiatives.
This is an on-site role, ideal for someone who is digitally fluent, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple workflows concurrently.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in social media, PR, or influencer marketing (brand or agency side).
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident managing logistics, tracking lists, and reporting.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong grasp of brand tone.
- Comfortable working on-site and managing priorities independently.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of the creative process.
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media:
• Content creation, planning and publishing.
o Ideate and schedule social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
o Support the ongoing build-out of a centralised content library for social and eCommerce use.
• Community management & moderation
o Actively moderate and engage across all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
o Respond to comments, DMs, and enquiries in a timely, on-brand manner.
o Foster positive community interaction to help lift engagement rates.
• Reporting & performance tracking.
o Produce weekly social performance reports for Head of Marketing.
o Track key engagement metrics, content performance, and community
responsiveness.
o Highlight insights, trends, and opportunities for optimisation, tracking UGC performance on organic channels, providing recommendations on which assets to use in paid. - Public Relations & Influencer Support:
• Influencer engagement & gifting.
o Support influencer activity as led by PR Manager.
o Arrange shipping labels for PR and influencer kits for major campaign sends and ad-hoc requests.
o Ensure timely fulfilment and accurate tracking of all outgoing PR shipments.
• PR & influencer list management
o Maintain and update the PR and influencer gifting database.
o Track inbound requests, what has been sent, and whether content is posted.
o Support reporting on influencer engagement and outcomes.
o Support on the management of the influencer program, including tracking of UGC publishing and rights/usage dates.
