Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media / Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing and communications initiatives. This role is responsible for assisting in the execution of day-to-day social media operations, content development, campaign coordination, and database management. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand presence, increasing audience engagement, and contributing to overall marketing performance.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube posting (Essential).
  • Experience of CRM platforms and database management (Essential).
  • Knowledge of setting up paid advertising campaigns to achieve results (Preferred).
  • Experience in producing effective EDM’s (Preferred).
  • Graphic design skills (Preferred)
  • Video production skills (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of analysis tools to track performance (Preferred).
  • Website management and updates (Bonus)
  • Knowledge of TikTok (Bonus)
Job Responsibilities
  • Management of Sportslink Travel social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok:
    • Regular content posting Promotional campaigns
    • Content development – photo & video
    • Replying to comments
  • Management of database and CRM system
  • Development of EDM’s to be sent out to database
  • Updates to website in conjunction with web developer
  • Management of photo & video galleries
