Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
- Oversee the creative direction of social media content, ensuring a high standard of design, branding, and messaging.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create compelling visuals and captions.
- Maintain a high attention to detail in all aspects of social media content creation, scheduling, and management.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and client campaigns, and take initiative to implement changes.
- Lead and direct other team members, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered on time with a high degree of quality.
- Regularly analyze social media metrics and reports to optimize strategies and provide feedback for driving growth.
