Affordable Modular Buildings (AMB) is a fast-paced modular building and construction business managing multiple brands. AMB has an established social media presence and is seeking a capable Social Media Manager to maintain, refine, and grow its digital channels while supporting enquiries and brand reputation.

Manage and elevate AMB’s social media presence across three brands, ensuring consistent branding, timely engagement, and professional lead handling.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong written English and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or brands.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) across three brands.
  • Maintain and enhance existing brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Plan content schedules and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Create and publish engaging posts, reels, short videos, and captions.
  • Source and repurpose content from internal teams and project material.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally.
  • Qualify and escalate leads to the internal team.
  • Handle negative, aggressive, or emotionally charged interactions calmly.
  • Track performance metrics and provide basic reporting.
  • Apply basic SEO principles to captions, hashtags, and profiles.
