As a Social Media Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support the marketing team by handling the day-to-day management and execution of social media activities. You will focus on creating and scheduling content, monitoring social media channels, and engaging with the audience. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of social media campaigns and allowing the local team to focus on higher-end marketing strategies and analytics.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Some experience in social media management or marketing coordination.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic analytics tools (e.g., Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn Insights).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency in content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create, curate, and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to engage with the audience.
  • Assist in the implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Track and report on basic social media metrics, such as likes, shares, comments, and follower growth, providing regular updates to the marketing team.
  • Support the marketing team in developing content calendars and social media plans.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of social media content.
  • Research industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep the team informed of new opportunities and best practices.
  • Assist in organizing and executing social media events, such as live streams, Q&A sessions, and giveaways.
  • Maintain an organized archive of social media posts, assets, and reports for easy reference and analysis.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
