At Bx, we empower thousands of small business owners to build meaningful referral partnerships and grow their businesses through networking. We’re an Australian based business but we have global meetings. We’re expanding our marketing team and are on the hunt for a new team member who lives and breathes social media and content creation. If you’re a content wizard who knows how to create compelling copy and get it in front of the right audience at the right time, this role is for you.

You’ll lead the charge in growing and engaging our community across platforms, while also crafting high-quality content for social, web, email, and more. Working with the Marketing Team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our brand voice.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in social media (FB, TikTok, LinkedIn) and/or content writing roles.
  • Portfolio of content or social media work.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Ontraport is a plus.
  • A passion for small business, storytelling, and digital innovation.
  • A can-do attitude, initiative, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of global cultures and communication styles.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Bx’s marketing objectives. Develop and plan a social content calendar that is timely and relevant.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across all major platforms using scheduling tools (Metricool).
  • Respond to comments and messages to foster a vibrant, engaged community.
  • Monitor social trends and adapt strategy accordingly to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand our reach.
  • Write copy for social media, email campaigns, press releases, landing pages, newsletters.
  • Use a CRM to build out email campaigns.
  • Assist with building media contact lists and engaging with media to secure coverage.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all channels.
  • Support SEO strategy through content optimisation and keyword research.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and work closely with the Creative Director and wider marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Track social and content performance across platforms.
  • Provide monthly reports and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy based on data, trends, and insights.
