Job Description

We are looking for a creative and reliable team member to support social media efforts across both CATCO and client accounts. This is an on-site, full time contractor role focused on content creation, scheduling, and publishing on Meta platforms. You will bring brands to life through engaging visual content that is clean, aligned, and effective.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Solid experience in creating and managing social media content.
  • Proficient in using Canva to create visually appealing designs.
  • Strong English writing skills for clear and professional communication.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Highly teachable and able to follow instructions effectively.
  • Strong Canva design skills with a good eye for layout and consistency.
  • Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook posting, including Reels and Stories.
  • Ability to edit short videos using tools such as CapCut or similar.
  • Able to follow brand guidelines, content briefs, and give attention to detail.
  • Experience working across multiple accounts or client projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Honesty, understand and communicate in English both written and verbally.
  • Organised, reliable, and self directed with good time management.
Job Responsibilities
  • Design and create visual content using Canva, including static posts,
    carousels, quotes and stories.
  • Edit short form video content for Reels and Stories, including trimming,
    captions and formatting.
  • Schedule and publish content across Meta platforms (Facebook and
    Instagram).
  • Create on brand content that aligns with briefs, tone and campaign objectives.
  • Draft short captions that support engagement and call to action.
  • Repurpose blog posts and podcast content into short form social media assets.
  • Maintain consistent posting calendars across multiple accounts.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and suggest relevant ideas.
  • Monitor posts for engagement and flag any issues as needed.
