We are seeking a responsive, friendly, and tech-savvy Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is dedicated to managing all client and audience communication across our digital platforms, ensuring timely, warm, and professional responses that reflect our brand voice and values.
This person is the frontline of our online customer experience, responsible for engaging with potential clients, current customers, and community members across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, GoHighLevel, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Kajabi.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills – quick, warm, clear, and on-brand.
- Experienced in customer service, digital communication, or social media engagement.
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Kajabi, WhatsApp, and Meta Business Suite.
- Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple platforms and conversations at once.
- Able to work independently while maintaining close communication with the team.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable with basic tech and learning new systems quickly.
- Available for regular check-ins and consistent availability (include expectations: e.g., daily, 4hr response window, etc.).
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and warmly to all inbound inquiries across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Monitor and manage client emails and GoHighLevel conversations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in private group chats (Messenger, WhatsApp, Kajabi Communities).
- Flag any high-priority messages or client concerns to the relevant team member.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand language across all platforms.
- Tag, log, and track inquiries or messages using internal systems or CRMs.
- Answer FAQs, direct leads to resources or next steps, and book appointments where applicable.
- Communicate with empathy, efficiency, and clarity to ensure no messages fall through the cracks.
- Provide daily/weekly inbox reports or conversation summaries.
