Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Shopify platform.
- Enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions.
- Confidence in providing suggestions for website improvements.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles and mobile optimization techniques.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Experience with customer service or client interaction is a plus.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is advantageous but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Owner to add new content to the website.
- Create and publish new posts/pages on the blog as needed.
- Ensure all images are optimized for size and SEO.
- Conduct website testing across various devices and compile a list of any errors encountered.
- Perform speed tests and identify areas for optimization.
- Work closely with the Owner to address and resolve website errors.
- Enhance titles and descriptions for improved SEO.
- Utilize technical tools to identify and rectify dead website pages.
- Implement strategies to increase backlinks to the company website.
- Configure Google Tag Manager and ensure proper tracking functionality.
- Analyze Google Analytics data, extract insights, and generate reports.
- Set up Google Optimize to conduct split-tests on headlines and images.
- Review support emails regularly to identify potential website enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Owner/Manager to showcase new testimonials on the website.
- Assist in writing titles and descriptions for new products in collaboration with the Owner/Manager.
