The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional service delivery by coordinating client care with a network of allied health professionals. This role involves managing client relationships, scheduling appointments, maintaining service records, and supporting internal operations to ensure clients receive timely, high-quality healthcare.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Relevant training or certifications in health administration, customer service, or allied health support are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service, service coordination, or administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships in a healthcare or service-based environment.
  • Experience in staff rostering and scheduling (highly regarded).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and client management systems.
Job Responsibilities
  • Client Support & Service Coordination: Engage with clients and stakeholders, assess needs, schedule appointments, and ensure high-quality, timely service delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport through regular communication, manage complaints, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Roster & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain staff rosters, coordinate around leave schedules, and confirm appointments with allied health professionals.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, upload required forms, and support ongoing client bookings.
  • Team & Operational Support: Collaborate with internal teams, report to management, and contribute to organizational initiatives.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and safety standards, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
