Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Relevant training or certifications in health administration, customer service, or allied health support are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service, service coordination, or administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships in a healthcare or service-based environment.
- Experience in staff rostering and scheduling (highly regarded).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and client management systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Support & Service Coordination: Engage with clients and stakeholders, assess needs, schedule appointments, and ensure high-quality, timely service delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport through regular communication, manage complaints, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Roster & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain staff rosters, coordinate around leave schedules, and confirm appointments with allied health professionals.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, upload required forms, and support ongoing client bookings.
- Team & Operational Support: Collaborate with internal teams, report to management, and contribute to organizational initiatives.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and safety standards, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
