We are seeking an experienced SEO & AEO Specialist to lead our search strategy across two brands. This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will optimise for both search engines and AI-driven answer engines, ensuring our content is visible, engaging, and positioned for the future of search.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in SEO with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Expertise in Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and an understanding of emerging AI search behaviours.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong understanding of structured data, schema markup, and semantic search.
  • Familiarity with local SEO strategies for multi-location brands.
  • Ability to create and interpret dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, Whatagraph).
  • AI literate, with experience using AI tools to enhance research and performance.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic on-page updates.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and backlink acquisition.
  • Implement Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) tactics to ensure content ranks in AI-driven search results.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits, addressing site speed, indexing, and structured data.
  • Optimise content for SERP features including featured snippets, knowledge panels, and voice search.
  • Build and manage local SEO strategies to drive traffic across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools to research trends, optimise content, and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor performance through analytics and create clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Stay ahead of SEO, AI, and search technology trends to keep the brand at the forefront of digital visibility.
