Job Description
Due to our recent growth, VM is recruiting our next superstar to join our WrkPod team.
This role is primarily focused on graphic design and social media content creation, with opportunities to support basic print design and signage design tasks. If you’re strong in digital and social media content and eager to learn print design, this is the perfect role.
You will work closely with our Social Media Manager and Production Manager to create clean, on brand creative work across social media, digital assets, website visuals, and basic print collateral.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong interest in graphic design and social media content.
- Solid Mid to Advanced level graphic design skills.
- Excellent eye for design, branding, typography and layout.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of simple video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and follow clear processes.
- Creative thinker with initiative and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience creating marketing content or social media assets.
Job Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, reels covers, story templates and digital content.
- Assist with digital marketing content across multiple platforms.
- Create artwork mockups for signage, print, promo items and website visuals.
- Create basic videos and master editing using CapCut, Canva or similar apps.
- Stay across current social media and digital design trends.
- Prepare artwork files and support the team with daily design tasks.
- Follow brand guidelines and deliver consistent, high-quality creative output.
- Create adhoc designs as per brief by any team member to assist as needed.
