As a Senior Client Support Assistant at Sono School Of Music, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, prospective clients, and employees. Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
- At least five years experience in a similar role: administration/customer service/reception/sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of English proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, etc)
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Friendly and welcoming personality.
- A passport and the ability to travel – some training will be provided onsite in Australia
- A love of music! Experience learning a musical instrument would be favorable, but not essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Office Coordination: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Speaking with prospective clients with the goal of them engaging our services (sales)
- Email Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage general email inquiries.
- Phone Operations: Answer phone calls and provide support to assist clients and prospective clients with their inquiries.
- Help to ensure client satisfaction through rapport building and resolving occasional grievances for positive business relationship outcomes.
- Documentation: Assist with data entry and record keeping as required.
- Ad hoc Support: Provide support to various departments as requested.
