Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in prospecting over the phone and email, specifically to New Zealand English-speaking audiences.
- Comfortable presenting to small groups and individuals via video conferencing.
- Preferably, experience in SaaS or a tech-related background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Pipedrive and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Takes pride in their work and is motivated to achieve targets and goals.
- Excels in communication and embraces change.
- Demonstrates a passion for the property market or has a genuine interest in it.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and text messages to engage with prospective clients for Relab.
- Respond to enterprise enquiries, qualify leads, and direct them to the appropriate sales channel or facilitate the closing process.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the broader sales and marketing team.
- Follow up on marketing efforts through a combination of warm and cold calling to targeted prospects.
- Triage, refer, or conduct online demos for enterprise enquiries on a daily basis.
- Meet new growth targets set by the company.
- Assist in client onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Relab by end-users.
- Share customer feedback with the team to drive continuous product improvement and refine marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system, Pipedrive.
