Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proficiency in prospecting over the phone and email, specifically to New Zealand English-speaking audiences.
  • Comfortable presenting to small groups and individuals via video conferencing.
  • Preferably, experience in SaaS or a tech-related background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Pipedrive and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Takes pride in their work and is motivated to achieve targets and goals.
  • Excels in communication and embraces change.
  • Demonstrates a passion for the property market or has a genuine interest in it.
  • Values being part of a small, agile team where their contributions make a difference.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and text messages to engage with prospective clients for Relab.
  • Respond to enterprise enquiries, qualify leads, and direct them to the appropriate sales channel or facilitate the closing process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the broader sales and marketing team.
  • Follow up on marketing efforts through a combination of warm and cold calling to targeted prospects.
  • Triage, refer, or conduct online demos for enterprise enquiries on a daily basis.
  • Meet new growth targets set by the company.
  • Assist in client onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Relab by end-users.
  • Share customer feedback with the team to drive continuous product improvement and refine marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system, Pipedrive.
