Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, marketing assistance, or related roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Prior experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design principles.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate quote presentations using provided calculations and adhering to a standard template to ensure consistency and professionalism in client communications.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing marketing data to create insightful reports that inform decision-making processes and optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and manage sales pipeline activities, track progress, and provide regular updates to the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and document systems and procedures, including the creation of flowcharts, to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Follow up on quotes via email to provide additional information, address queries, and facilitate the progression of sales opportunities.
- Learn and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and current client information, interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct data mining activities to identify and compile relevant mailing lists for targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
