Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Age Requirement: 21-26 years old
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, Project Managers, and colleagues.
- High attention to detail in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes and ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
- Problem-solving ability to overcome recruitment challenges, such as sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Adaptability to changing recruitment needs, technologies, and business environments.
- Professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive candidate and company information with confidentiality.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong listening skills to understand candidate motivations and client needs.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and the ability to apply them effectively.
- A college graduate, preferably with a degree in Psychology or any Human Resources related course.
- Must be tech-savvy and able to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be based in Dumaguete or near any of our offices.
Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, and LinkedIn to source and engage potential candidates.
- Conducting Interviews: Schedule and lead initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Candidate Communication: Respond to candidate emails and inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
- Job Advertisement Creation: Design compelling job advertisements using tools like Canva to attract qualified applicants.
- Providing Candidate Updates: Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and constructive feedback.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive candidate database for efficient tracking and reference.
- Document Organization: Ensure all candidate documents and application requirements are well-organized and easily accessible.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with team members to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Additional Support: Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support recruitment efforts.
