The Technical Specialist will be responsible for managing POS systems, creating automations and workflows, and ensuring smooth integrations across our CRM and related tools. This role is vital in supporting both our restaurant operations and online business by improving efficiency, reducing errors, and making sure our systems work together seamlessly.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in POS, CRM, automation platforms, and software development, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Expert-level skills in automation, workflow creation, and integrations.
- Proven experience with POS systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms (customer management, invoicing, bookings, automation).
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical setups in simple terms.
- Software development background preferred (ability to build custom scripts, integrations, and tools).
- CRM management and optimization experience.
- System integration expertise across multiple platforms.
- Experience in hospitality, food service, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Familiar with Modern AI Tools and their application in business workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain POS systems, ensuring smooth integration with other platforms.
- Build and manage automations to streamline workflows for orders, re-orders, and reporting.
- Connect and integrate CRM, POS, and third-party tools to ensure accurate data flow.
- Set up CRM for customer management, bookings, invoicing, and automations to support restaurant operations.
- Troubleshoot integration and sync issues quickly and provide long-term solutions.
- Train team members on using POS, CRM, and workflow automations effectively.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest system improvements to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts or solutions when necessary.
- Manage CRM workflows and optimize customer engagement processes.
- Document workflows, integrations, and automations clearly for internal reference.
