This involves sourcing, thorough shortlisting, and conducting initial phone screenings to gauge fit. You’ll also summarize candidate suitability using a checklist and conduct preliminary interviews. Job Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or sales within Australian or American markets.
- A consistent history of achieving and surpassing recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to source, track, and manage candidates.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Expertise in conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates against job requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions with candidates and clients.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for candidates and clients.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines effectively.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with digital tools for recruitment, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and video interviewing platforms.
- Critical Thinking: Capable of analysing candidate information and recruitment metrics to make informed decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Understanding: Fully grasp and interpret client job requirements for precise candidate placement.
- Candidate Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with applicants and potential candidates using innovative search and digital communication techniques (Seek, ATS, Social Media, Referrals).
- Selective Matching & Shortlisting: Apply rigorous selection processes to identify candidates who best meet the job criteria.
- Pre-Screening Interviews: Conduct insightful phone interviews to preliminarily assess candidates’ suitability.
- Video Interviews & Profiles: Facilitate detailed video interviews and obtain video profiles to further ascertain candidate fit.
- Submissions: Compile comprehensive assessments, documenting the strengths and readiness of each candidate.
- Talent Pool Management: Develop and maintain high integrity, dynamic candidate database for immediate/future placements.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.
- Feedback Communication: Provide timely and constructive feedback, maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
