Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role is a plus!
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding is a plus!
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Prefer Psychology or Human Resource-related degree
  • Possess great English Communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to APPLY!
  • Familiarity and/or willingness to learn new software and skills
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Can work Onsite and can render 40-hrs/week
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements for recruitment and selection processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the recruitment function, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
  • Support other Recruitment initiatives and projects as needed.

  • Be the representative for School Linkages
  • Conduct Willo Videos
  • Conduct Reference Checks
  • Other ad hoc tasks
