We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. This role involves a blend of administrative support, marketing coordination, client management, and executive assistance to ensure the seamless execution of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (some phone calling required).
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with real estate contracts.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Proficient in Canva, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • General Administration:
    • Perform a range of administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
    • Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Graphic Design & Marketing:
    • Create marketing materials and visual assets using Canva and other design tools.
    • Schedule and manage content across social media platforms.
    • Prepare listing presentations and property marketing collateral.
  • Client and Property Management:
    • Coordinate property inspection bookings, maintenance, and repairs.
    • Support client onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Assist with rental application administration and compliance documentation.
  • Lead Management & Sales Support:
    • Conduct prospecting and telemarketing activities to generate new business.
    • Manage sales and leasing pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
    • Coordinate property listings across online sales websites.
    • Generate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and client reports.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and update the CRM/database to ensure accurate client records.
    • Manage reviews, testimonials, and post-sales client engagement, including gift arrangements and follow-ups.
  • Event Support:
    • Assist in planning and coordinating client and team events.
  • Executive Assistance:
    • Provide day-to-day support to executives, including calendar management and administrative coordination.
